Interior Building Cleaning

Workforce started in 2018 cleaning condominium buildings, and it is still the work we know best. A building is not a big house — the traffic is constant, the standard has to hold on a Sunday as well as a Tuesday, and the person who notices first is a resident or a prospective tenant. We cover entrances, lobbies, corridors, stair cores, elevators, laundry and trash rooms, mail areas and amenity space, on a written scope so the property manager knows exactly what is being paid for and can hold us to it.
