Shared space is the hardest thing in a building to keep looking right, because everybody uses it and nobody owns it. We service lobbies, corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, mail areas, trash rooms and amenity space on a set frequency, with the entrance treated as the priority it actually is — glass, mats, door frames and the first few metres of floor, which is what every resident and every viewing sees first. Handrails, elevator buttons and door handles are disinfected each visit.
