Interior Cleaning & Disinfection

Cleaned first, then disinfected — in that order

Free EstimateLouisville · Mon – Fri

Disinfectant does almost nothing on a dirty surface — soil and grease shield what is underneath, which is why spraying an unwashed counter is theatre. So we clean first and disinfect second, and we leave the product on for the dwell time the label specifies instead of wiping it straight off. The focus is the surfaces hands actually touch: door handles, switches, rails, taps, flush buttons, fridge and microwave handles, remotes, shared keyboards and phone handsets. Useful for households with someone vulnerable, shared offices, and any space after illness.

Our Process

1

Clean

Every surface in scope is washed first — disinfectant on soil is wasted product.

2

Apply

Disinfectant goes on the touch points and stays wet for the time the label requires.

3

Dwell

We work elsewhere while it acts, rather than wiping it off before it has done anything.

4

Ventilate

Rooms are aired and surfaces left dry and ready to use before we leave.
